Cancellation

Cancel anytime, self-serve, with your API key: POST /api/v1/accounts/cancel (undo it with POST /api/v1/accounts/resume). Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to the free tier: 1 inbox, 100 events stored, 7-day expiry. You can also cancel by emailing hello@ahook.app.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you were charged in error, email us and we will make it right.

Disputes

Please contact us first at hello@ahook.app before opening a chargeback, so we can fix the issue directly.
