Terms of Service

Last updated November 5, 2026. Contact: hello@ahook.app.

The service

AHOOK provides webhook inboxes for agents: one call creates a URL, senders POST events to it, and you wait for, list, and extract those events. Paid accounts add plan limits, push delivery to verified URLs, and custom domains. Billing is metered on events received.

Your responsibility

Keep your read tokens and API keys secret. A key shown once can only be recovered by rotation. You are responsible for what your inboxes receive and what your subscribers do with it.

Acceptable use

No illegal activity, no phishing or malware distribution, and no payloads designed to harm recipients or third parties. Payloads are untrusted data: we never execute, fetch, or follow anything inside them. Abuse, flooding, or illegal use may lead to an inbox being paused or deleted, or an account being closed.

Availability

Free inboxes expire after 7 days and store 100 events. Paid inboxes do not expire; their events age out per plan retention (30 or 90 days). We may pause an inbox under flood or abuse; pauses are visible, never silent.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in USD. Overage is $1 per 1,000 events received, capped at the next tier's price. See Refunds and cancellation.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
